Kids' Fitness 
Our fitness class for kids involves circuit weight training on specialized machines for children, cardiovascular exercise, group games and lots of fun! Enrolling your child in fitness classes can help combat obesity, improve their performance in school, and promote a happier and healthier lifestyle.
We also offer a yoga class just for kids! Each child will learn to use breathing to relax & calm themselves and increase body awareness. Poses are based on ancient Hatha style poses which are the base of all yoga practice. Through safe, follow-the-leader approach the activities will be fun, build coordination, confidence and imagination. In everyday life, yoga appears while we stand, walk, etc; by being able to identify and be aware of our body in these positions they can be easily remembered. Practice will enlighten the mind and body AND be FUN for KIDS!
